Westvale Condominium Sales Brochure

Westvale on Pasir Panjang Road is a condominium development with a countryside ambiance yet highly accessible via expressways from the city centre. To capture this ambiance we designed a brochure which pictures highlighting these features, the full facilities, proximity to educational institutions at all levels, shopping, entertainment and the watersports, the beach being minutes across the main road.  The following were from our first submission: The concept was approved but Client asked for a more elaborate brochure with more space for images. We submitted the design in outline form and it was approved for final artwork to be developed. The printed brochure. Front cover. First spread. Second spread showing floor plans in bottom pocket. Westvale and Other Property Development Ad Campaigns

Concepts for property development advertising were usually roughed out in pen and ink or markers. This concept focuses on the country club facilities and proximity to the sea for water sports. . Here windsurfing, a popular sports then, was used as the main attraction. This concept was selected for taking to finished artwork. An industrial development used illustrations of road traffic and bus stop to emphasise the accessibility of the factory for visitors and staff.  The following are sample ads that were published for our developer clients. Another project using country living as a draw. Photocopy of print ad for a mixed-used development comprising a shopping podium  and an apartment tower, positioned as the confluence of two growing commercial belts.

Mortein "Kill-A-Cockroach Contest" Campaign

Mortein "Kill-A-Cockroach Contest" offered chances to win a total of 16 Holidays to Disneyland-USA and other prizes. The campaign kicked off with a TV Show "LIVE from Studio One" on Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (SBC) supported by radio spots, print ads in the dailies, and point of sale material. TV Show stage design (surviving b&w copy of colour original). In the TV Show the contestants compete to hit the centre of the crosshair  on the Mortein cockroach graphic. Winners in the final round would receive  a total of 16 expense-paid vacations to Disneyland-USA.  POS mobile. Counter-top standee for entry form s. Supermart shelf strip. Esso Petrol Station Decorations

To raise awareness a campaign was conceptualised based on the theme "More Go! Go Esso!" Design elements include Esso "Oil Drop" mascot cutouts, Esso logos, arrows, banners and buntings.   Above: A festive atmosphere is created with station fully dressed in campaign materials.

Reckitt's Pick-A-Box Contest

Reckitt's Pick-A-Box Contest, covering a wide range of Reckitt & Colman consumer products, was launched in print, on air and in-store. The range included insecticides, toilet cleaners, laundrycare, personal hygiene and air freshener categories. Contestants vie for over $100,000 in prizes including vacation packages and consumer electronics. Stage design for TV studio recording of the show for Live telecast the over national network. Haze "Guess the Magic Mushrooms Contest"

Haze "Guess the Mushrooms Contest" Campaign was launched to introduce a new version of air freshener from the Haze Mushroom line which included Haze Super Mushrooms. Grand prizes comprise three holiday packages for two plus cash prizes of $10,000, $5000 and $1,000. 40 microwave ovens were also on offer.  The programme included a display at Parkway Shopping Mall main concourse, print ads, tv spots, posters and point-of-sale collaterals.
