Westvale Condominium Sales Brochure

Westvale on Pasir Panjang Road is a condominium development with a countryside ambiance yet highly accessible via expressways from the city centre. To capture this ambiance we designed a brochure which pictures highlighting these features, the full facilities, proximity to educational institutions at all levels, shopping, entertainment and the watersports, the beach being minutes across the main road.

The concept was approved but Client asked for a more elaborate brochure with more space for images. We submitted the design in outline form and it was approved for final artwork to be developed.
